The Recruitment Workshop event is a new event from this organization, involving students and companies to increase knowledge about the work environment in the future. The steps to achieve certain quality human resources must be supported by the relationship between universities and companies.
With the theme "To Be Brave To Entrance The Oil and Gas Industry" targeted at oil engineering students at Trisakti University who will soon enter the oil and gas industry. This event is intended to help petroleum engineering students to support and inform the themes that have been brought by IATMI SM-Trisakti.
Coherence between the two of them will involve increasing human resources in Indonesia who are able to control, implement, and develop technology and knowledge in the oil and gas industry. The quality of human resources is influenced by several factors, such as differences in the quality of learning, teaching, infrastructure, and the institution itself.
