Ikatan Ahli Teknik Perminyakan Indonesia (IATMI) is a non-profit charitable organization, was established in Jakarta on June 7, 1979 by a group of Indonesian professionals working in the field of petroleum and geothermal industries. At this time IATMI has more than 9000 members throughout Indonesia and 12 countries around the world. IATMI have some delegates at several elected universities to support and prepare the students to become professional, one of them is at Trisakti University.

     IATMI Trisakti SC actives in bridging and equip students to become more professional and broad-minded about the world of oil and gas. Debriefing activities for students have been regularly held whether by Software Training, National Seminar, Guest Lecture and Workshop.

     Besides its existence in campus, IATMI  Trisakti SC is also a bridge between students and oil & gas professionals, for example IATMI Trisakti SC held a Technology Seminar in March 2018, with the big theme of Unconventional Energy, Public Speaking Learning in March 2018, and also a Software Learning in Schlumberger April 2018. IATMI Trisakti SC also holds company visit to several companies to enhance students enthusiasm in working in the career field of their choices! This november, IATMI Trisakti SC sucessfully held Recruitment Workshop series, which consisted of Interview Workshop and IATMI Healthcare in Rumah Sakit Pusat Pertamina to prepare students for their future endeavors.  We will also be holding Field Trip to Kamojang this December to learn directly about Geothermal Energy.

     Those events are the reflections of our organization motto, to always take part in oil & gas industry, to always learn and notice about technology updates in our industry, and to prepare ourself as future petroleum engineers and soon to be the professionals.
